A traditional Gin sour with a fruity twist

45ml The Resident Gin
30ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White (or equivalent substitution)
1 Nectarine, sliced

Muddle the nectarine with the sugar syrup in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, followed by a dry shake, then a wet shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with fresh nectarine slices
